Brittany is a talented, independent, home-owning, marathon-running, furniture-restoring, book-making art teacher. One look inside her house or wardrobe and you know she’s super-talented and a lot of fun. (She's the owner and landlord of a 1940's bungalow AND has an entire chalkboard wall in her kitchen.) One thing that makes Brittany even cooler is that she somehow manages to pull you into her artistic world and convince you that you’re equally as capable. Kids from pre-k to middle school take her classes and walk away with confidence, excitement, and a great piece of art.
Luckily for me, it was my b-day a few months ago and Brittany took three things I really, really like (chalkboards, globes, and Africa) and made this chalkboard globe! Not only can you draw on it, (which will be a great teaching tool) but it also has Africa and the United States permanently outlined with white paint, with a heart on Ghana and a heart on Tennessee…
