Reason #5,873,456 why I love living with a musician

Things like this happen in my living room at 11am on a weekday.

(Sean and Billy rehearsing)

Amen? Amen.
***********
Speaking of music, when we return from Africa, Sean will head out the very next day for an acoustic tour in Texas.  I'm hoping to be at some of these shows... If you're in the area come out!!!!

*******
Lastly, I heard Rascal Flatt's new single, "Come Wake Me Up" on the radio today and freaked  out. Why you ask?  Because my hubby is one of the co-writers. I gasped, and then I called Sean screaming, and then I grabbed my camera at a red light and took these photos while the song played.

(Imagine sitting at a red light watching the person next to you scream and take pictures of herself.  You're welcome Hillsboro Village.  That show was for free.)

Have a safe holiday weekend and go listen to Come Wake Me Up!!!!

Hey, Mae Mae... Just clicked over from Julie's blog. (love the re-design, btw) I've been reading about you guys and Abi and just wanted to say what a beautiful, sweet baby girl she is and that you all are truly blessed. I'm sure you already know it, but she was meant to be a part of your life and your family... long before you ever laid eyes on her or held her in your arms.

Newly following via GFC, Pinterest and Bloglovin' and looking forward to following along on your journey to bring Abi home where she belongs.

Have an awesome and blessed weekend. ~Mary :~)

Hearing a song like "Prayer You Can Borrow" gives people hope. Here you are struggling to get your baby home, but ultimately you manage to smile through the saddness of not having her, yet. It is beyond obvious that the two of you are not only sincere and genuine, but compasionate as well. Best of luck in Africa with baby Abi, and may the time until she is home and in your arms be spent with as little anguish as possible.

P.S. I'll be at the show in Corpus Christi!
